Every aspect of the project is diligently managed by our directors, Marcus Elliot and Andrew Siracusa, who offer a tailored service unique to each individual project.

Our process

We’ve demystified the building process by keeping things simple and being completely transparent every step of the way.

Initial Meeting

Our process begins with an initial meeting with one of our designers. This is your opportunity to brainstorm ideas with us, so feel free to bring along inspiration images you may have. We’ll also get to learn more about you, how you want to live and ensure that your designs align with your budget.

Concept Design

After the initial meeting, we will prepare a concept design for you to review. We’ll run through this concept design together with you and make sure it includes everything that you’re looking for and that you’re completely happy with the design.

Budget Estimate

Following your approval of the design, we’ll go ahead and prepare a budget estimate – taking into account the scope of the project a detailed outline of the specifications included, such as internal finishes.

Documentation

Once the budget estimate has been finalised we move onto the documentation stage. A preliminary agreement will be presented to you which includes the preparation of building engineering plans, soil reports and final contract specifications.

The Contract

We’re nearly there! Once you’re comfortable with the proposed plan and documents, we’ll guide you through the contract and ensure you understand every aspect. At this point, you’ll be aware of how long your build will take, interior finishes, documentation, and the warranty process.

Commence Work

After on-site work has started, you’ll receive an email from our team with a link to the live builder portal. This portal will allow you to keep track of the progress of your build from week to week, as well as provide a convenient way to communicate easily with your project manager and schedule site meetings (held every fortnight).

Final Handover

Congratulations! You’re (almost) ready to step inside your new home. Once the building work has been completed, your builder will carry out a thorough defects walkthrough with you to ensure there are no issues and that you’re completely happy with the result. Afterwards, a final invoice and certificate of completion will be provided and then you’ll be ready to move in!

    Our clients are for life.

    With our client for life member program, you will have access to a dedicated service and maintenance team who oversee our extended warranty client for life member program. Our work is completed to the highest standard, confirming every feature is functioning as intened.

    Kube constructions will provide you with an additional 12 months site inspections over and above the mandatory 3 month inspections ensuring that the home settles and continues to function as designed.
